Thomas J Riley PhD
I began experiments in New World Agronomic practices in the 1970's with experiments on frost drainage in Upper Midwestern ridged field gardens from late prehistory. In 1995-96 my classes at the University of Illinois established an experimental archaeological field at the USACERL in Champaign, Illinois as part of a class in. After 15 years as an administrator at North Dakota State University, I have returned to the classroom and will teach a course in experimental archaeology in the fall of 2013.
