Comis is an archaeologist, studied at Viterbo, University of Tuscia (Laurea in 2001), followed by a Masters in experimental archaeology in Exeter 2003 (UK) with a dissertation titled “Experimental Archaeology in Northern Italy. A survey of methodologies”. Another publication of hers is “Archeologia Sperimentale come strumento di ricerca. “Lo stacco a cordicella” e le ciotole rinascimentali di Favaletto (PR)”, Padusa anno XL, 2004, pp. 229-243.
