If you do not know which memberschip you should choose:
Individual Members usually are interested (semi) professionals when Institutional Members often are more active. Benefits for Institutional Members are:

An extensive presentation on our website, more exposure, also in future developments like our online Event Calendar.
A place in EU cooperation projects if wished for.

As token of Institutional membership, one gets a shield to be hung near the entrance.

Once we have accepted your membership, you will have to pay the contribution fee.
Our system is based upon the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of countries.  The bar is set at the “average EU-28”.

Procedure for Institutional Members

When we have received your Registration Form, the nearby members are informed about you wanting to become member. This is both meant as a good introduction as well as inquiring if there is a real and serious reason not to accept you – this hardly ever is the case.
The opinion of the members as well as the information you gave is handed to the EXARC Board who decides.

Once  you have been accepted, you will get an invoice for the membership fee.

Procedure for Individual Members

After we receive your registration form, you will get an invoice for the membership fee.

Procedure for all

After paying,  you will get:

A list of addresses of the members and affiliates;
Our latest EXARC Journal Digest
Login for our website incl Journal section
A member’s pass with which you can visit other members’ places for free and identify yourself as member.
An Institutional member will also get a shield to place by the entrance, with the EXARC name on it.
A page will be made about you in our Members' section.
